management is bad, but the staff is doing the best they can, but they are understaffed and they haven't the tools they need to work professionel. The hotel needs renovation. I think, 40 years ago, this was a beautifull hotel, but now its old fashion. If you go to the website of the hotel, you get a totally wrong idea about the hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and spotless. the views of the valley are absolutely stunning. They offer a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. the property has an elegant atmosphere and the staff are really helpful. the location is quiet and nice, not too far from Trois Epis.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and respectful staff. The children working there seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training in customer service.
